Anatomy of Oppression
Anatomy of Oppression is a conceptual book design series examining the oppressive nature of the Islamic Republic of Iran through four focused volumes: Tongue, Trigger, Noose, and Hair. Each cover translates a specific human rights violation—censorship, the killing of dissent, execution as political control, and the policing of women’s bodies—into a sharp visual language built on contrast, violence, and symbolic simplicity.
